Heroes dying against Deathmaster before Inversion, then entering 2nd phase via Inversion can result in a couple of problems: 1) You need to drag and drop or press space to retrieve trinkets from dead heroes because the regular button does not work. However, this problem resolves itself soon afterward, and happens with very low chance.
